DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day. Please note that all Next Day deliveries must be made before 1pm to ensure your order is dispatched on time for a next business day delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
All orders are sent using a tracked or signed for service. If your order does not arrive by the estimated date of delivery, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a tracking report.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
DIY E Liquids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Royal Mail to file a claim. We will provide as much assistance as possible if you file a claim with the Royal Mail.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photo evidence of this.
